I used Kevin to sell my home in Fort Myers last year. I was very happy with Kevin's efforts and his use of Zillow and a video of the home to help market it. Kevin had numerous open houses on weekends and was always available whenever I called with a question. He usually knew the answer right off the top of his head, but when additional legwork was required, Kevin did it and got right back to me. Kevin's positive attitude and professionalism certainly made it an easier process. I would recommend Kevin to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the Fort Myers area.

I was an out of town buyer looking for a condo on the gulf at Fort Myers Beach. I found my condo on zillow. Then I pressed contact an agent. Kevin called me back in minutes. He guided me through every step of the buying process. His knowledge and professionalism was second to none. He went and took pictures of each room and outside views. I trust Kevin so much that I was able to buy the property without coming down. Furthermore,he negotiated the price down to my comfort level.
